At BDX Tank & Bulk, we are looking for a dedicated traffic manager/salesperson who wants to plan and manage transports within tank and bulk with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.

As a Traffic Manager/Salesperson, you will be central in order reception, sales, planning, and assigning our trucks to our customer and supplier contacts. No day is like the other (cliché, but true!) and the role of traffic manager is therefore a position for you who enjoys variety in daily work. You thrive best when you can create new solutions and business opportunities.

What you will do with us

In our logistics department, located in a modern and open office landscape in Kallaxheden, Luleå, you will become part of a wonderful team of about 20 colleagues. Here we work together to create the best solutions for our customers. In the role of sales traffic manager, you will:

• Take the lead for our transports – plan and allocate tasks so that both resources and timelines are optimized.
• Be the link between the customer and the driver – receive customer orders, monitor the levels in their tank and bulk storage, and ensure that the drivers have all the information they need to deliver top quality.
• Contribute to the business – handle quote requests and bookings in our digital systems.
• Actively work with sales and build relationships, both via phone and in-person meetings.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with many contacts, focusing on actively working to find new customers and business arrangements. In this role, you will work to identify and deliver good service to our customers, suppliers, and colleagues within BDX. You are not only proactive and engaged but also have a knack for maintaining and creating new relationships.

To succeed in this role, you need to have excellent communication skills and a business-oriented mindset. You want to do well but also perform.

A B driver's license is required, and for this position, you should have good computer skills. Experience and/or education in the logistics industry is advantageous, but we place the greatest emphasis on your skills and personal qualities. We see that you are accustomed to working with digital systems. Finnish is a plus.

Employment rate: Full-time, daytime. On-call duty occurs both on weekends and weekdays.
